AC Question

My Galaxy S5 keeps resetting the security setting to "none".

I tried using a numerical code, fingerprint, and alphabetical code. After a few weeks, days, or even hours, the phone's security setting will be gone and the phone remains unlocked. Verizon guy says it's a software issue. Any answers?

Welcome to Android Central! That's a pretty bad software issue.:-\ Try wiping the cache partition: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-10404. If that doesn't help, see if the problem persists in Safe Mode (steps are also in that link).
