    Hi all,

The Predictive Text in the Samsung Galaxy S5 (SM-G900F) stopped working 3 weeks ago after the phone reboot it self. I see a new suggestions but the feature has no memory. It can't remember my typing.
    My phone is not rooted.

This is what I already tried:
    1. Typing the same sentence 5 times to see if the keyboard starting remember all over again - but it doesn't.
    2. I turned OFF the Bluetooth and the Predictive Text and restart the phone. After turning ON the Predictive Text - no change.
    3. I tried to clear personal data from the Predictive Text setting and I get an error: "Error occurred while clearing your personal language data. Try again." I tried again many times and the same error appears, You can see the screenshot below.
    4. Today I upgraded to Android 6.0.1. I tried all the above - The same

Anyone countered this issue? Any suggestions?

I did total restore to factory settings. I didn't have any choice. This action deletes all of your phone but you will have the magic prediction

BTW, I have the Samsung Galaxy Edge 7 in the last months and the prediction still works good but emoji is not predicted.
