On the internet I found some codes that let you reach useful information on your android phone. One of those codes was *#*#4636#*#*, but when I put it in the dial pad nothing happened. I tried calling it like it was a normal number, but that didn't work.
I hope someone could help me out.

Hello and welcome to Android Central teunclemens!

Android Service codes, (sometimes wrongly referred to as secret codes), are turned off by some carriers on their own branded models. Chief among these are some U.S. models, such as AT&T and Verizon. See #1.6 of 42 Galaxy S5 models - Dummies Guide. Also, some custom ROMs omit them as well.
