My S6 edge plus gitches

I foolishly open my phone to remove my broken sim tray that got stuck in my sim card reader the fixed it back. Now my phone is seriously glitching. I tried force rebooting. it is not working help!

Welcome to Android Central! It could be any number of hardware issues related to having opened up the phone. Your best approach is probably to bring it to a repair shop.
