Why am I unable to update my S6?

Can`t update my s6!!!

Hello guys, i just picked up my s6, and it shows that a update is avaliable, when i try to do it on the phone, when restarting, a android logo and an exclamation mark show up and it fails, when i try to do it with smartswitch, it gets stuck after it downloads it..
What can I do guys?

I had the same issue with my GS6. You can go to a Samsung experience shop and they'll help you out.

Try the following one at a time, waiting to see how the device responds:

Reboot

volume down rocker+home button+power button

Clear Cache Partition

Turn the device off.

Volume up rocker+home button+power button

In Manual Mode, use volume rocker to toggle to Clear Cache Partition. Power button to select.

When done, again use the volume rocker to Reboot. Power button to select.

Lastly, if these steps don't help, try a factory reset.

Guys, after the volume down - home and power i am stuck in this downloading screen, saying odin mode...

Done, i am out, after i do the volume down thing it boots into download mode, i don`t see any cache partiton..

You have to turn the device off and follow the steps above.
