Why does my GS6 keep telling me that I have no data connection?

why does my gs6 keep telling me that i have no data connection?

For instance whenever i go to the Sprint Music Plus store to purchase ringbacks i may pick an artist and choose -1)"more from this artist" / 2)"you might also like "....when ever i choose one of those choices it will say " no results found" and then a white box appears and says" error- no data connection, make sure your device is connected " ?????????

Welcome to Android Central! Is this on wi-fi or mobile data? When it says you have no data connection, are you still able to access the web using other apps like the browser?
