This may be a stupid question, but I had my s4 for 3+ years and in the dialing screen there was a VM button to quick access VM. Not sure if this was already built into the phone or something I downloaded later? Eitherway there is no VM button in the dialing screen of the s6. Dialing *86 an keying in a password is a lot more difficult that on my s4. My question is, how do I add this VM button to the dialing screen of my s6?

    Thanks in advance

Mine has a VM button bottom left just like my s4 did.

What model of s6 do you have?

The S-voice icon is to the left of the talk button or where the VM icon was on my S4

Must be a Verizon thing. Try holding 1 like suggested above, that is normally a short cut for a lot of phones to VM.

Ive tried pressing the 1 option. However it prompts me to type in password and listening to VM this way is much longer than what I was use to with my s4.

Try disabling s-voice if you don't use it
