Unable to turn on remote controls

As title says, I am unable to turn on remote controls (and reactivation lock for that matter),I can toggle it on, but as soon I leave and comeback to it, its on off again, I have tried turning on/off location, relogging into the Samsung account etc, suggestions?

log in to your samsung account on your computer and see if you can do it there

The same thing is happening to my Samsung galaxy s6 edge.I don't even know why this is happening to only mine phone. please any suggestions?

Maybe try signing out of your Samsung account and log back in ?
