Galaxy s6 suddenly turns off while using app
I recently bought a new Galaxy S6 and have had two occasions now where it has suddenly turned off while playing Trivia Crack. Both times it has been without warning, no error message or anything, screen just suddenly goes black and the phone is off. My assumption is it is the app causing this, so I uninstalled it, but is I'm surprised by the nature of this crash. I feel like any bugs in the app should just cause the app to crash, not the entire phone.
So my question is: is it common for apps to cause this extreme phone crash? Or could this be something wrong with my phone itself? So far it hasn't happened with any other app.
