Advantages of Edge over S7

hi. i'm considering getting the edge but i want to know what advantages this has over the regular s7. for me so far it is just the larger battery. i don't care as much about the larger screen. is it much heavier? are there good thin cases for it? thanks.

I have the S7 edge. I don't know how much but I am sure it is a little bit heavier than the S7. The bigger battery is a benefit as is the bigger screen, but also the edge screen now has more functionality which gives it an "edge" up on the regular S7. I would suggest visiting your local carrier or electronics store to get a hands-on with both. I went with the S7 edge because I like the bigger screen, bigger battery and the design.
