    Hey community,

I've run into a strange issue on my S7 Edge. When on the handset earpiece taking a call, the phone is automatically switching the call to speakerphone around the 20 minute mark. When I look at the phone screen it doesn't even show its in speakerphone mode...the conversation volume just starts routing to the speakerphone. Any thoughts or similar issues?

The screen isn't staying on while it's up against your ear, is it? If so, you might be inadvertently selecting speakerphone with your face. But you're saying that the speakerphone button doesn't show that it's toggled on when the phone does start going through the speaker?

Correct. When I take it away from my face and look at the screen the speakerphone isn't toggled on. It always happens around the 20 min mark--wasnt sure if a third party app acting up or some "smart" feature trgigering it.

Strange. See if wiping the cache partition helps: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-25076. If it doesn't, see if it persists in Safe Mode: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-25053
