N7 to S7 Edge Won't Work 4 Me Due to Low Earpiece Call Volume

Now sort of between a rock and a hard place as I wear hearing aids.
Returned my replacement N7 because of the new recall and picked up an S7 Edge.

Unfortunately, even with the hearing aid option enabled and the "Extra Volume" enabled in the call menu (which by the way needs to be enabled for each individual call) the earpiece volume is was too low......and yes...my hearing aids are turned up

I have never before had this issue with any of the Note series of phones but now that I am reading online, it seems a lot of folks are complaining of this issue?

I also wear BTE aids and have no problem with the Edge. You might want to have the phone checked at a store to make sure the speakers are okay.

I also wear BTE's and have never had a problem...so I will see if they will let me swap it out and try another.
