camera issue

My camera seems to have atopped working. All im getting is a black screen! Anyone else with the same issue?

Sounds like a defective phone. I would exchange it asap

Try to clear cache and app data on the camera app. Also try to restart the phone.

If that doesn't work, backup all data and do a factory data reset and don't install any apps to see if you still have the same problem

I second that. Always try those steps before resorting to returning or replacing the device.
