AC Question

Accidentally pressed 'reset app preferences' in the application manager settings and it looks really weird now. Cannot find any setting in the whole list to revert this change and get the old display homescreen and app list back- what can i do? Thanks!!

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? You can't revert back--you just have to set things back up manually. Resetting app preferences shouldn't change the homescreen, unless you were using some sort of Easy Mode. It usually just affects what you've set up as default apps to complete certain actions, as well as re-enabling any apps you may have disabled.
