Galaxy S7 mobile data not working after change sim card

[AC Question]

Bought a provider locked Galaxy S7, provider sim card was inserted to setup the phone.
Have the phone now unlocked to use other sim cards as well. However, now the mobile data is not working as it doesnt change the access point names and information.
Access point names is restricted due to provider sim card was loaded. Restarted several times with foreign sim cards but no change. Even did a full factory reset but the data doesnt change.
How to get this fixed?

Welcome to Android Central! Was this originally from Verizon? Those phones tend to have more difficulty with adding or editing APNs.

If the access point data is incorrect, you won't get mobile data. Try adding another access point, with the data for your current carrier. Back out one step and you should be able to choose which access point to use. (If this is some sort of special Samsung mod that doesn't allow you to change the APN data, you effectively have a phone locked to a single carrier.)
