Nougat beta and screen resolution

I have kept my screen at the default resolution setting since joining the beta program. I cannot tell the difference between the FHD and the WQHD to save my life. I'm usually pretty observant about visual stuff as a photographer, but I can't tell any difference at all. I don't use VR or play games. Wondering if I am missing out on anything with keeping the FHD. Thanks for any helpful replies.

I always set it to the least possible resolution to save battery and as you said, on such a small screen for a mobile device, you can't tell the difference

What has the difference in battery life been on QHD vs FHD or HD?

I switched from FHD to QFD A while back and haven't noticed a huge drain, thank goodness.

But there is a difference? If I can get extra battery out of it, I'd switch to HD in an instant once I have Nougat.

There is a difference of about 25 min when starting from 100% battery.
