Zizo Phase case by Click. Came with tempered glass screen protector and the case has a kickstand and a slide out on the back to put a debit card and ID card in, and that slide out can lock in place as well.
I just got mine in today and I like what I see. Yes, it does add thickness, but I wouldn't trust a thin case. Volume buttons are just a bit on the hard side to depress but they are manageable. They had them in Red/black and Gold/black. I wanted the red/black but they don't make that anymore. I would give it 8 out of 10. Perhaps 8.5 at just $13.99 with a tempered glass screen protector included.
