Samsung s8 ringtone

[Android Central Question]

I have added a mp3 song as a ringtone. However, when someone rings the song does not start from the beginning and misses the guitar intro which is he main reason I want it.

I have checked the mp3 and it has the full file with guitar solo at start so why doest ring tone start from this?

I have used this tone in the past on other phones without issue so not sure what problem is.

Any ideas how I can solve this?
