Why sound from my s8 ear speaker is crackling while using sim slot 1 ?

Whenever i put my sim in slot 1 then sound from ear speaker while calling is muffled or crackling but when i put my sim in slot 2 then ear speaker start working normally

Is it the same sim going from slot 1 to slot 2 or is it different Sims?

if it's the same sim there is definitely something wrong with your phone and I would take it to Samsung (or an authorized repair shop)

if it's a different sim in slot 2 then the sim from slot 1 needs to be exchanged for a new one perhaps
