Notifications of missed calls not being displayed on s9

[Android Central Question]

When I miss a call it doesn't show up on my home or lock screen. The only way I can tell is to go into the phone app and look at the recent calls. How do I change the settings for notifications?

Turn off the spam detection software, that solved the problem for me.
Must wait for an update.
