I got my update last night. One thing I noticed is the addition of the icons at the bottom. This appears after I hit the 'Recents' button. They weren't there before. How do I get rid of them from this screen?

Well since nobody else has received the update, not sure if we can check it out to help.

Hi Tim,

I wasn't fond of this new feature. I disabled it on my Husbands s10+.
(He does not mess with phone settings. He just hands me the phone.) :D

Go to your Recents Screen.
Select the 3 dot menu in the search bar upper right hand corner of screen.
Open settings.
Toggle off Suggested apps.
I can't remember if I had to restart the phone after the toggle.
Hopefully, this is what you're looking for. :)

Yep, that did it. The search bar was very faint, but I finally saw it.

Thanks

I don't have that search bar, or the 3 dots, on my phone. S9.

That's odd, I have it on my s9+. The search bar is called 'Finder search' on my s9+, instead of just 'Search' as on my husbands s10+.

Maybe someone else knows another way to get to that setting. I will keep looking.

I edited my last reply. I did find it there. The search bar was just very faint. Hard to see but I did get it. Thank you
