After the last couple of months, trying to ignore the never having left problem of poor phone audio quality since new, I've gone back to my S8 Active.
The poor audio was tolerable when using smart functions for almost all its use, and the video is great, but I need to talk to people and have it clearly transmitted.
The S8 does this fine, as so many phones do, and giving up a few microseconds opening an app is less frustrating than 'what are you saying' 'you're phones messed up' replies from everyone spoken too.
The 9 is a mini tablet in my eyes now. Not worthy of being called a 'telephone'.

That is a shame. A telephone should be able to make and receive decent call quality or what is the point of it being a phone?

I feel your pain. I had horrible echo & feedback problems on my s9+ for over a year. (T-Mobile locked) During the second year the problem lessened, but it's still an issue. People tend to ask if I am in a tunnel. :(

My husband never had issues on his s9. He moved on to the s10+, I should have also. Sometimes I just hijack his s10+. ;)
