Samsung Galaxy Tab A and Adobe Flash Player?

Hi,
Just bought a new Samsung Galaxy Tab A and it will not allow me to download Adobe Flash Player. Is it not compatible? Is there a certain version of Flash I could use? Thanks for any help!

Flash has been long discontinued from Android. The only way to get it is by finding an old APK, manually installing it on your tablet (sideloading) AND using a browser that still supports Flash (I believe the only one left is Dolphin).

Flash player is supported in the Puffin Web Browser.

I am not a developer but if you own a rooted android streaming video is possible.
I have installed vlc media player in several rooted android devices.
If you like to see how it works type on you tube search line :
VLC player for rooted android. It works better on chrome browser. (English is not my native language)
