I want to downgrade Tab A6 because battery drains very fast after Nougat 7 update. Please help me!

Can you help me root and downgrade my Galaxy tab A6 please? My tablet is not rooted yet. Could you explain how to root and downgrade my tab A6?

You don't need to root - and there's no "downgrade", you have to flash the Marshmallow ROM, which will wipe all your data, so be sure, if you don't already back everything up, which you should always be doing, that you back it all up now before you flash Marshmallow.

I don't think battery life is related to OS. I have Tab A SM-T580 with the latest Nougat 7, playing movie in 2 hours and it only dropped 17%. What model is your tablet ? I have different tab As and none has battery problem when running OS 7.
