Gear 2 Neo battery percentage keeps changing

Got a Neo 2 yesterday and the battery percentage reading seems a bit wonky. This has happened a couple of times already.

Last night, the battery was at around 97%. I checked this afternoon (12 hours later) and it was down 87%. I checked about 30 minutes later and the battery percentage is showing 92% now.

A couple of times where I check the battery percentage and then check it about 30 minutes later and the battery percentage has increased.

Anyone else have this?

Let it discharge until the Neo tells you to charge it (normal use - you don't have to do anything special, just don't charge it until the Neo tells you to). Then fully charge it. Do that 3 times. That conditions the battery. From then on, unless the battery's been sitting unused for more than 3 months (in which case you should condition it again), never let it get below 40%.
