On the panel comparing me to other users, why is my calories burnt is always 0?

AC Question

On the screen showing which percentile you are in compared to other users, it shows your (I think weekly) average steps, distance and calories. The first two pick up my weekly steps and distance covered, but it always says zero calories have been burnt compared to the average ~1700 calories.

I use both the auto-detect feature when I'm walking to and from work, as well as specific exercise routines. I can see they are logged with the calorie amounts. Why aren't these showing up in the vs average user panel?

Thanks
