Creating a custom watch face

I would like to create a watch face in Adobe illustrator and then somehow create and port it over to my watch.

I would like to avoid using watch styler. Are there any software products that I can use besides watch styler?

Want more control over the interface. Plus the icons are limited in terms of options.

No. Not sure if there is anything out there that would work. I know that Watchmaker and Facer for Android give you more options but, I was hoping of rmore creativity options.
