Stopped receiving texts from Note 4

My Gear S has worked flawlessly for four months. But just today it does not want to recieve texts or send texts through my Verizon Note 4.

Latest big change was the update to Lollipop on my Note 4. Ran all updates for gear, rebooted phone and watch. Tried disconnecting then reconnecting the Bluetooth... Nadda.

Anyone else have these problems? Any solutions?

The only thing I notice after the update was the delay between the watch and phone.

i've also experienced the loss of text notification....i restarted the watch and it corrected the issue...hopefully it wont continue to drop out
