galaxy fit e won't conect to phone

My galaxy fit e won't connect to my phone. All I can get on the watch is connecting and the spiny thing I can't get the step tracker to display again. On the phone it shows as paired. I'm able to pair and unpair it but on samsung health it says no devices connected. other things still work on the bluetooth

Can try clear data,cache and force stop Samsung health it will reset the app , see if that helps .
