Hello AC ---
 No passwrod reset has been sent to me !
 Can’t log-in !
 My “Ask a Question” question hasn’t been posted ! Is there a moderator working? Did they post it somewhere else?

Yes, emailing community support worked great. *thumbsup* Thanks to you both for your excellent and timely assistance !;-)

The LG Stylo4 (on AT&T network) just needed an updated SIM card, as @B Diddy presumed.
AT&T store installed a new 'updated SIM' for no charge.
