Is there a way to flash the phone to work on a different carrier - Telus?

I am guessing that phones typically can not work with different carriers due to the service book limitation, which could be solved via flashing.

Has anyone developed a method?

Finally, do you think Telus would even consider activating a non-native ESN on their network?

If they are anything like our American CDMA carriers, it is highly unlikely.
