Photos are flipped or upside down

Pictures emailed from gallery to both gmail and yahoo render fine when previewed in both IE and Firefox, however when 'view' is clicked using either browser the image is either upside down or flipped 90 degrees.

Also, when I touch the image on my 4G in gallery and 'send via' pops up, using 'email' brings up a compose window. Sure enough, the picture attachment can be seen thumbnailed and displays upside down or sideways! What gives?

most of the time I notice this if the taken image was not done in landscape mode.

Make 100% sure the icons on the camera screen rotated when you turned the camera. Also make sure you have that feature enabled.

This was a noticeable issue on my evo3d for some reason, it had a delay to rotating the camera icons even though I could take a photo no problem sideways.
