Why did this happen? (Not enough memory)

Was trying to open a PDF file of a menu for some ice cream last night, but it wouldnt let me. I closed all other programs and tried again...still got the same error message? Any help?

Dude, look again. Its Gingerbread and Ice Cream Cone..
Thats why.. Had it been Ice Cream Sammich then he would have been ok.. More then likely..

EDIT oh yeah forgot to actually answer the OP question. GUESS. my guess would be that perhaps the app your using to open the PDF might have a size limit on the PDF. So that error message might not have meant system memory but application attachment size limit.. just a guess..
