why some have a middle icon "circle with six dots" and I don't

is it a special theme that needs to be downloaded? i only have 4 icons: phone, contacts, messaging & applications... some screen shots I saw they have 5 icons, there is a black circle with six dots, i guess that's the menu, how do I get it to look like yours? anyone knows thanks in advanced

Go to settings, applications, and choose All. Then uncheck the default for twlauncher. Hit home, then select Launcher as your default. This makes the stock ICS launcher your default instead of Touchwiz. The circle with six dots is the ICS app drawer.

or use a launcher like apex to get added features too

Thank you very much. It did work. Now I have it the way I wanted. I like it much better than what I had. Thanks again.
