Android update issues

Hello, this is my first post, anyways, since i have done the latest update my phone runs slow, freezes up, rings with notifications for every email (which i cannot figure out how to disable)..it also loudly rings notifications while you are on a call! Has anyone had any similar issues and where could i go to find out if there is a fix in the works?

Go to your settings in your email and you can set how often it notifies you or just turn off notifications completely. Several of these issues are just glitches if you are running ICS. Try turning off your phone or restarting it if you haven't since the update. There is tons of threads in the forums on this stuff. Just select the forum for the epic 4g touch and read.
