I havent seen any pics or videos so my guess is they are still not in the country because something should have leaked by now. Here is hoping to pre-orders ship very soon!

i'm sure there here in warehouses but no one has them . And the review sites that do prolly have an embargo on them till a certain date.

I think so too. It seemed with the patent issue, they were more or less concerned about sales instead of blocking from entering the U.S I gathered there may have been some that slipped through.

For the life of me i cant find the article i was reading earlier this week, but they listed the phones that got cleared through customs on last friday (the 8th) . one of the items was Spr - Gs3 and some other stuff which i took to be a pallet of phones for sprint. Take it with a grain of salt cause I cant find where i saw that , and it was no 100% guarantee to be the gs3 for sprint.
