voice file format conversion program

I have a couple voice memos that I have made and need to send to other people but they come in the format of like .3ga Does anyone know a good program to convert the files from our phone to some type of standard of mp3 or wma or any others like that?

Looks like all you have to do is rename the file - change the .3ga extension to .mp3
