I can't seem to figure out a hard reset using the volume and power keys. The instructions I've found were for the TMO NS, could they be different for us? Anyway, I'd appreciate any instructions you bay have. And before responding with settings > privacy I'm fully aware of that option

Confirmed on my NS4G: With power off hold Vol UP and while still holding press power button. Gives me the option for recovery.

I've gotten that far but once in recovery I'm getting the triangle with exclamation point! and need to pull the battery to reboot

Just hit the power button and volume up again, and you should go into recovery mode

Hey. I know this is off topic. But how do you reboot the phone with the hardware keys? Or can you not do that here.

Were you one click rooted before you applied the update? If so, you need to reinstall Clockwork Mod Recovery.

Not rooted, totally stock. When in recovery I get the triangle with exclamation point! Hitting volume up and power doesn't do anything. Any thoughts?
