    Hey guys. Whats the best movie converter that can convert DVD files to files for movie playback on the Atrix? And when downloading a file do we look for Ipod compatible files or do we look for a diff type? I want get sound quality and movie quality

    I use DvdFab 8 to convert. I use the Zune.h264.aac profile and I bump the resolution up so it also scales to tablets and PC.

    I use a program called FreeMake Video Converter It's super easy to use and you can setup a custom format, punch in the video format specs on the Android Developer Site and save it. You can convert not only DVDs but also video files from other formats to the suggested format as well...

    for me my tool of choice for file convertion has been Handbreak on my computer. It is a carry over from when I did it for my iPod. I did a test run on it with my Atrix and it worked great. Only thing you have to do is set the resolution to be a little higher than iPod optimized.

    Freemake def. Just upload the video and click the android button. Done. Even lets you download youtube videos and what not and convert the same exact way.
