Thank you for your correspondence. We understand that you are having trouble with the battery life of your handset afteryou received the Over-the-Air update.
We do apologize if you were not able to find your product on the drop down list. Our system is updating as of this writing due to new products and services that we have released. Rest assured that once update has been completed, information intended for your product will be readily available for assistance and support.
Regarding this, there are no configurable options to downgrade the software of the handset once it the update has been installed.
In regard with the battery life, we recommend fully drain the battery charge of your SGH-I777 handset until it could not provide any power for the device to turnit on, and then fully charge the battery again.
