I booted my phone yesterday only to have it get to the home screen then reboot over and over again. I suspect that it is an app that is causing this problem and that I may have to go into recovery mode to do a factory reset. Problem is I have data that I do not want to lose. I have an app called keepsafe with some important files locked in it(Some supposedly hidden folder). Is there anyway to access this info through recovery mode?
Also does a factory reset wipe contacts, texts, etc?
