Screen does not alway timeout/lock

Sometimes, my Inspire's screen will not timeout and lock on its own.

For example, right now, my timeout is set to 15 seconds. After 15 seconds, the screen dims, but does not lock, and it will stay on and dimly lit indefinitely.

To fix, I need to reboot.

Anyone else?

Not sure. My phone has a similar problem. When I plug it in to charge it will not turn off the screen. But my buddies phone does not do this and we have the same phone. Very annoying.
