Hi im trying to unlock my fone been on internet n tried *#197328640# but wen iv gone threw it all n waited 30 secs theres no option 4 so really stuk as wen i bought it was told was unlocked plzzzz can u help

Can you help me unlock my phone plz as after trying what i found on google were u dial no above option 1 then network lock wait 30 secs then option 4 .when i do it on mine theres no option 4 wen i go back so if anyone knows how to unlock id be very gratefull

I'm guessing you are trying to sim unlock your phone to you can use it on a different carrier? If that is the case then you have 3 options:
1. Contact the origonal carrier and request an unlock code, but if you bought the phone used, then your chances of going this route are slim to none.
2. Buy a sim unlock code from someone online.
3. Download an app to unlock your phone.
