This has happened before, (and is nothing to do with Settings) but my screen is so dim. Screen light is at full. Last time this happened, I took out the battery and gave everything a clean; then the light was bright and beautiful again. And now it has happened again, arrggghh. PS when I reset and it turns on, it starts of bright and beautiful and then goes really dark. 
Does anyone know why it is so dark? Is there some secret way to make it lighter? Or is the phone totally rubbish? Thanks.
