0 in 10s Digit on digital watch faces

I just upgraded from the Great S3 into the Galaxy Watch and I'm using the same watch face (Dashboard) that I was on the S3. On single digits hours (1 to 9 AM or PM), I am getting a 0 in the 10s position just like it would do if it were in military format. But it's not as you can see in the attached picture because I also have AM and PM on the display.

I've searched for a solution to no avail.

Here are the things I've tried to fix this with no luck:
1) Changing watch face to an analog face and back.
2) Changing to another digital watch face and it also exhibits the problem.
3) Since the watch gets it's time from my phone (Galaxy S9+), i tried changing the time format on my phone to military and back to AM/PM.
4) Looked for a setting that would control this in the Samsung Gear app and also on the watch.

None of this has been able to fix the problem. Also, my Gear S3 certainly didn't have this issue!

Has anyone seen this before? Any ideas on how to fix it?

That wouldn't be a bad watch face if you can change the sunrise to steps. Are those about to be customized.

As to your question, I'm guessing that's a developer issue that needs to be fixed in a update.

What's the name of that watch face. Thanks

It's called Dashboard.

Yes, you can change the sunrise/sunset function to steps through the Gear app. In fact, you can change all four of them (see attached)

Is anyone else having this issue or not with any of the digital watch faces? I'm wondering if it's just my watch or is it a widespread issue?

Unfortunately, I think it is just bad watch face design. I have the same issue.

Thank you for checking!

Did you just try the Dashboard face? Or did you try other digital watch faces?

I tried a few of the digital faces and they all had the same issue.

Thanks again!

I tried to Dashboard and Large, also. Same issue.

Ok, thank you!

It's strange that this obvious issue/bug exists after the watch has been out for some time now and a couple of updates have been pushed it already. Also, I said before, this issue didn't exist on the Gear S3.
