1/2 of the buttons lite up?

I noticed this last night, but only 1/2 of my "buttons" lite up. The hume and menu are black when the back and search are lit. Not sure if this is a sign of things to come, or just a bad unit. If I take it to verizon I guess I will have to unroot, or at least flash my stock rom back.

Sounds like you may need a replacement. I would unroot just to be safe.

Yea.. there's two lights behind the capacitive buttons. One is behind the home & menu... the other is behind the return & search. The bulb on the left side must have gone out.

it must be a short circuit. Sometimes it works, others it does not.......awesome!
