I think it's just performance improvements. I have noticed that if you are using the edge sense to open the camera that it's a little faster now.

Normally it is but because of the Verizon improvements it's taking longer than normal. Shouldn't be to much longer, I hope.

Do you know what improvements were introduced? I'm on Verizon and the phone seems the same after updating.

I have no idea I just know there were supposed to be improvements. If I find something I will post it for you.
