1 notification keeps appearing but nothing showing on notification screen

sometimes I get 1 notification appearing on google play store on the bell but when I tap it it says you are all caught. I have tried to uninstall updates for Google play store and clear data and cache and it goes away but then it appears again in a few days or so anyway to fix this or is this a bug

The only problem with uninstall the update to the play store is it will update to current version , might be a glitch with the current update, you force stop it also ? Have you turned notifications off for play store ?

I've seen this for a while. I think it's just a Play Store glitch. You can send feedback to them about it in the Play Store's app settings.

Yep, I see that all the time. Or it might say there are 2 notifications, but there's actually only one.

This happens in Play Store on my s24 Ultra. I just ignore it now. I'd be more surprised if the 1 notification was not there.

.... but you're not getting a notification on the Play Store app icon in the App Drawer or on a Home Screen.
It's just additional information "you may like".
It's not telling you you have updates to download.

The colour on the bell with mine is quite dull so I never really notice it.

I'm sure there's a way to restrict what it's trying to draw your attention to, but life will go on. ....
