100% down to 88% by merely unplugging?

So ya, I usually bring my external battery with me whenever I go to work or go out, but not today. Went out to the store real quick and when I got there, I pulled out the phone from my pocket to check some messages and noticed the battery life went down to 88% after I just unplugged it. I don't even live more than 5 mins away from that store when I noticed it went down that much? I always set to 245 when screen is off with SetCPU if that matters.

Anyone have the same experience? BTW, this is on stock battery, not extended.

Oh, I did that everytime I install a new ROM and when the battery is already full. But I dunno if that helps though.

My battery always goes from 100% to 95% in the 1st 10 minutes.

I'm pretty sure its because when the phone reaches 100%, it stops charging so it dropping to 88% might have been because it was sitting in standby for a while.
