Does the Xoom fall under that policy? I asked at my local store and they said it was 30 day return 90 day exchange.
I hope it is like you said, that would be a great deal.

Verizon and the crappy 70 restock fee. After tax I'd save nothing. O well I'm still happy with it and it was 800 well spent!

I am in the same boat, of coarse I had to have it day one, am very happy, but I would have loved to save even $100.00 bucks. I am cheap like that LOL
